Paul Allen is currently the Co-President, Chief Financial Officer, and Owner of McGuire Builders, Inc. Mr. Allen provides the financial backbone for the organization and ensures the company is appropriately capitalized in order to meet its objectives.He has over 25 years of real estate development and construction experience.

Prior to orchestrating the leveraged buyout of McGuire Builders in 2013, Mr. Allen worked for Lowe Destination Development, the hospitality development arm of Lowe Enterprises, Inc. As Vice President and a Development Manager he helped oversee the development of the 582- room Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, where he played an integral role in securing the entitlements, capital raising, construction management and ultimately, the recapitalization of the asset during the 2008-2010 financial crisis. After completing the recapitalization, he worked in the Lowe Corporate office in Brentwood in a new business development role in 2011-2013 underwriting ground up hospitality development and repositioning opportunities.​

Additionally, Mr. Allen is part owner and actively participates as a Director on the Board of California Panel & Veneer Company, a family owned, 100-year-old wood and Formica distribution business based in Cerritos California.  He also sits on the board of Five Oceans Capital.  He received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2002.​
