Scott has successfully overseen and managed a variety of award-winning luxury resort/condo hotel & hospitality projects, often incorporating high-end residential, quality mixed-use & retail elements. Scott has been responsible for all aspects of design & development throughout his career, including branding, strategy & visioning, feasibility & financial analysis, entitlements, programming, design leadership, directing team members & third-party consultants, managing contracts and project execution. ​

In over 30 years of experience, he has worked with award winning architectural firms such as WATG, SB Architects, and CRTKL. Previously, he has served as the Senior Development Manager for Timbers Resorts, Corporate Director of Design & Construction for Montage Hotels, Partner with Columbus Pacific Development (Park City, UT), Vice President of Design, Construction & Creativity for Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, and Owner of Macallan Development, LLC. Scott earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. ​
